Counting the Mazda 6 we just purchased, we've bought 3 Mazda's from Wayne Mazda. Dealership is beautiful, they know their vehicles, and the staff is just great. Managers are stellar as well. Craig remembered my wife and I from years ago, knew we had kids and was just perfect to deal with. They will continue to get our business for as long as we can drive!

I went to Mazda to turn in my lease on a 2010 Mazda 3 and I hoped to leave with a good deal on a Mazda 6. Did my trip turn out to be all I hoped for? Dear god yes it did. The salesman I met with, Marc Roy, managed to give me a GREAT deal on a 2014 Mazda 6!!! His service was outstanding!!! I have never had an easier time at a dealership and I would happily recommend it to anyone shopping for a new car. This is the happiest I have ever left a dealership. I went there looking at a 2011 Ford Escape.and left with a 2014 Mazda cx5. My family and I were very pleased with all the employess that helped us out! They made it very easy for us.

Requested a 2013 car quote, got 2014 quote initially. Was then told quote was only for 24 hours when form says 48. Was then referred to a manager but no name given. Then asked if eprice could be reduced. Instead got back a quote that was $4,000 over the eprice and they wouldnt tell me the actual price of the car versus car w/ additional charges intil I forced them to. Then, b/c I dont own a Mazda now, they RASIED the eprice by $500. Couldnt they just deal open and fairly? I was ready to buy a car.

Mike is truly a professional in an industry where most encounters with car salespersons are rather disheartening. I met Mike when the first time I walked into the dealership, searching for a Certified Mazda CX-9 for my family.

Mike was quick to show me all of the details of the current certified selection available at the time, but the first visit, we never found a color that was appeasing to my wife. As Mike promised, he called me as soon as other color CX-9s were traded in and I visited him three more times until we found the perfect car for our family.

Today, I am extremely happy to report that I came home with our new "used" CX-9 and left the dealership with a great experience.

We went to this dealer because my daughter, son-in-law, sister, niece and nephew all have purchased or leased Mazdas from here and it came highly recommended. Mike was great and very helpful. My only disappointment is that I did not receive a family and friends discount

Great experience overall. Steve was a no pressure salesman who showed that he wanted the deal but wasn't going to be pushy. His overall attitude was what made us pick this dealership over the Mazda dealership we had purchased our previous two vehicles from. Bernadette was a doll, and talked highly of Steve which is always nice.

Any unsavory reviews given from us is not directed at our salesman Marlon Roberts, necessarily, but at just the entire experience. Wayne Mazda is a car dealership. Car dealerships are the only place in the country where the customer is tempted to pop a Xanax before coming in. It's the only place where the customer will be treated as a fool, and milked out of every last dollar the dealership can get from them. Wayne Mazda is not especially different from all it's other dealership counterparts, but it's not necessarily any worse, either. I answered "No" to would I recommend this dealership, but to be honest, what are you going to say to that? If you don't want to have one of the worst days of your life, don't go to ANY car dealership. If you want or need a new vehicle, however, it's unavoidable. Again, our salesman, Marlon Roberts, was pleasant, friendly (worlds more pleasant to be around than the woman from Finance), and seemed to be a nice guy that is good at his job (not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing). It just happens to be a job at one of the most dreadful businesses in the country. My husband actually described the day we purchased the car as "the worst day of his life". That's pretty bad. The only thing that bothered me about our salesman was that he left us a voicemail and sent me an email trying to get us to come back in due to some great incentives they had going for the weekend, and when we got there he said those incentives didn't apply to us. The advertised base price will not likely be honored, either. My Dad told me going into a car dealership would be one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life, and he was right.

I originally came to Wayne Mazda looking for a different car that I had found using an online used vehicle finder service and was disappointed to learn that the car I was looking for had been sold. Things turned out great anyway because Marlon was able to find me a truck that I liked and I was able to handle all of the details the same day.
