On meeting Ashly Falcon, at Wellesley everything became precisely the opposite -- courtesy, competence, convenience, respect, and a overall a great pleasure. She understood, addressed, and met my specific requirement immediately, without a hint of overt "salesmenship". All details of the transaction were clearly explained in detail. On agreement, she handled everything that needed doing on the spot, including title and contact with my insuror. I watched a consummate professional at work.
