We recently purchased a vehicle from Wellesley Mazda, and can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. To put that in perspective, I absolutely hate buying cars. Like many people, can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. To put that in perspective, I absolutely hate buying cars. Like many people, I've come to expect a process filled with delays, surprises, pressure tactics, and endless back-and-forth. Because of that, my expectations were pretty low going into this search. Then we met Ashly. What immediately stood out was that Ashly approached the process as a partner rather than a salesperson. We were looking for a very specific vehicle, trim, and feature configuration. Another dealership had confidently told us that the exact vehicle (trim/options,etc) we wanted simply did not exist anywhere in the United States. Instead of telling us what couldn't be done, Ashly went to work. Within just a few hours, she located multiple options that matched exactly what we were looking for. A week later, we were picking up our new vehicle. That level of responsiveness and commitment would have been impressive on its own, but what really made the experience exceptional was the transparency throughout the entire process. There were no games, no pressure, no surprises, and no last-minute changes. Every conversation was straightforward, every commitment was honored, and every member of the team treated us with professionalism and respect. The final pickup was equally impressive. For the first time in my life, a dealership actually had everything ready to go when we arrived. We weren't left sitting around for hours waiting for paperwork or finance. We were in and out exactly as promised. After years of buying cars, I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint about the experience. I bought a used car for my daughter and overall she was happy with the car we purchased. They performed the agreed upon repairs prior to taking delivery. Unfortunately, there was some stress that could h happy with the car we purchased. They performed the agreed upon repairs prior to taking delivery. Unfortunately, there was some stress that could have been avoided with more timely and clearer communication on their end. I also had an issue with the sunroof of the vehicle within 24 hours after we took delivery of the vehicle. I communicated this to the sales rep and for the first few days the issue was intermittent. I kept her apprised of the state of the sunroof. After a few days I sent video proof when the buttons stopped working again. After several days without a response, I had to reach out again. After a clunky series of communications, the end result was that they would charge me a diagnostic fee to further review my issue. I can appreciate that this may have been a unique issue, but I've had issues with other used cars post sale. In those instances, I was treated with the same level of urgency and enthusiasm as the pre-sale process. In this case it was clear I bought the car "as is" and since it was not deemed a safety issue, they had no interest in trying to help resolve the situation. In summary, I would advise anyone purchasing a used car from them to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before taking delivery. I actually had a prepurchase inspection, but unfortunately the sunroof operation was not tested. I would also remind perspective buyers that how they treat you after the sale may differ from how they treat you during the buying process. More

The experience with Ashly and Ali was top notch, this was my first purchase and I did not feel pressured to make any decisions that I was not comfortable with.
