OUR RECENT PURCHASE OF A 2011 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER WAS OUR FIRST NEW CAR IN 10 YEARS AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED. UPON MAKING AN INITIAL INTERNET INQUIRY, WE WERE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY BY ANDREW FROM T FIRST NEW CAR IN 10 YEARS AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED. UPON MAKING AN INITIAL INTERNET INQUIRY, WE WERE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY BY ANDREW FROM TOYOTA OF WELLESLEY. HE CONVEYED IN HIS CORRESPONDENCE A TONE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND HE WAS RESPONSIVE TO THE DETAILS OF OUR REQUEST. HE LET US KNOW WHICH VEHICLES WERE AVAILABLE AND OFFERED US A VERY FAIR PRICE. AT THE DEALERSHIP, WE WERE PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH OUR SALESMAN, RICARDO, WHO MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THE WHOLE PROCESS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER, AS WE HAVE SHARED WITH MANY OF OUR FRIENDS. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE OF OUR NEW CAR, AND THE TRADE-IN OFFER ON OUR OLD SIENNA VAN. THE FINAL INTERVIEW WITH THE SALES MANAGER, GREG, WAS INFORMATIVE AND THOROUGH; HE MADE THE TRANSITION VERY SMOOTH AND THE CAR WAS READY WHEN PROMISED. Buying a car new or used at prices today,is a major step. My husband and I searched high and low for cars. Knowing that I wanted to purchase a Pre-owned certified Vehicle 2010. However no pressure, Jason recommended that I look at something he had a little older 2005 which I did not have in mind. The car was in pristine condition Fully loaded with all you could ask for but a new year. Jason having had a opportunity to make more money with the sale of a new car.
