I wanted to replace a 12 year old Toyota Tacoma. I wanted a replacement Tacoma slightly used. I called araound to other dealership and it was hard to find a Toyota tacoma that is a couple of years old. Alan a replacement Tacoma slightly used. We visited the dealership on a Wednesday night. While we really enjoyed our experience with Jason, the knowledgeable sales person during the test drive, the overall experience was disappointing. Probably more so because we WERE so happy with Jason. He knew the cars, was up front about possible problems and ideas for solving them, and was friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. During negotiations, I was disappointed in the offer made on our trade. At the end of the conversation Sean told my husband and me that a few details about the car we were interested in would be reviewed by the service department and that they would check out some other options for our trade. Sean would call us the next day. In good faith, we waited for a call and revisited what trade value we could live with. We fully expected a call, and expected to buy a car from them. By Friday morning, we decided to call the dealer to see if any progress had been made, in the hopes of avoiding reopening our search. We found that both Sean and Jason were out until Monday. We started from scratch and found our new car at another dealership, one that not only worked with us on price, but also on trade, and, most importantly, communicated with us openly and honestly about the process. I was new to the car market knowing nothing about how to choosing a car. Mr. Ko explained detaily about which car would be best for the price range I was looking for. Since I was living in New York, which is impossible for me to come by this dealer everyday. We communicate through e-mail and every paper work was perfectly done when I was first time there after I moved to Massachusetts. This really saved me a lot of time and effort. Ricardo was the one who helped me with the test drive and the one who picked me up at the train station since I didn't have any other method to go to this dealer. He was supposed to be off on the day he handed the car to me but he spent like two hours or more helping me went through the final process. I was sorry about interupting his day off. Overall, I feel satisfied about this experience and would like to recommend this dealership to people who want to buy a car. More
I just purchased a new toyota sienna from Wellesley Toyota and it was a very good experience. Jack Mendosa is very nice and patient. The simplicity is what impressed me the most. I specifically asked to speak with Dan Lombardi again because of the great time we had when we leased or 2010 Camry last October. Dan is a consummate professional. This time we leased a 2010 Corolla. Dan was especially attentive to my wife and really listened to her needs and questions. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. I picked up the car on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. The car was prepped and Dan took the time to explain everything to me. In addition we also spoke with Courtney from the finance department. He was point on when explaining every question that we had and made the whole process very comfortable. Lastly the service and parts departments have always been very courteous and knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to help with both information and scheduling issues that we might have. Both my wife and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with the entire Ko Automotive Group. Thank you! More
