We have two Toyotas (bought them from Wellesley Toyota). A Sienna and a Prius. On February 11th, my wife was driving through an intersection (happened to be in New York on Long Island), and a car hit her br A Sienna and a Prius. On February 11th, my wife was driving through an intersection (happened to be in New York on Long Island), and a car hit her broadside going about 30 mph (allegedly, he said he was skidding; police believe otherwise). His car hit the driver's door, and pushed the van into a snow bank. The glass in door shattered all over her, but the door and frame held - door took a direct hit, a direct hit but held! Her seat belt held as well. She suffered very minor injury. So I don't care what anyone says about Toyota. My wife is alive because designers at Toyota built a strong car. Please tell Brian and the great crew in service that their good maintenance probably played a part as well. Also, tell them that this is why we haven't been for a while (took over a month to fix because of accident occurring out of state and involving 2 ins. companies). Will be in soon. I live about 40 minutes from Wellesley and found my pre-owned Highlander Hybrid through an internet search. There are several dealerships much closer to my home, but Wellesley Toyota had the inventory pre-owned Highlander Hybrid through an internet search. There are several dealerships much closer to my home, but Wellesley Toyota had the inventory that interested me, with more than one Highlander Hybrid available. The car I ended up buying was three years old, but with only 15K miles, and in fabulous condition. I met with Martin Hansberry to look at several vehicles, he was always considerate and accommodating. He even came in on a Sunday, that was his day off, so that my husband and I could complete the paperwork at our convenience. Michael, in the business office, also expedited the buying process for my family's convenience, and came in early to complete the transaction. It was definitely worth the trip to Wellesley. We LOVE our Highlander, and look forward to many years of fun traveling in it. I've owned Toyotas for about 15 years now, and do not foresee buying any other make of car. Thank You! More
