He was and is very attentive and provided a lot of great information about the vehicle and went into significant detail when I posed additional questions. It is always nice to have a salesman who knows the product details inside and out and is passionate about them. The entire sales and service team at Wellesley VW as a whole was very friendly and supportive. I never felt any pressure and was provided with quick answers and honest feedback when discussing the offer, dealer discounts and options. I was able to take delivery in just a couple of days from my first inquiry about the vehicle. Jens provided a very in-depth tutorial of the VW ID Buzz systems configurations prior to my driving the car off the lot. A real confidence-builder for me as a first-time electric car buyer! I was very happy with the service and expected no charge as per the buying agreement but I was asked if I wanted to fix the wheel alignment which cost $240.00.
