My Review of West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park:
Bought a slightly used Sienna to bring into Canada. The vehicle was as advertised..basically brand new and the price was fair but not the best I have seen..but as a Canadian we have to be more flexible when buying in the USA..the price was still much better than what I could get in Canada. However the dealing of the paperwork to cross the border was sloppy..an original document was lost the day I arrived and a new one had to be requested. Hence my trip back was delayed a day. The week before I was told documents had been faxed to the border but when I verified they had not been. These are important points as a Canadian buying. But the sales manager and general manager were very apologetic and offered to pay my hotel and food expenses for the extra day. They also went out of their way to get the document to me that evening allowing me to leave early the next day. So, overall, I still got a great vehicle at a great price but they need to improve their handling of the paperwork..of course this is not really a concern to any USA cutomers. I would still recommend them as they were quite professional overall and seemed pretty honest.
