BUYER BEWARE! I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a $53,000 truck from them in September and let me assure you, once they have your cash, you purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a $53,000 truck from them in September and let me assure you, once they have your cash, you are done for. I had paid for remote start on my vehicle (it was even on the Chrysler internal build list btw) and put in 8 calls, including 7 to the head manager in Service. Not only in 8 calls did I not get a call back, they didn't even respond when I had someone else at the dealer putting notes on the Manager's office door asking that he call me. This was over a period of about 4 weeks. In the end I had to go to another dealer to get an answer; it was 1 of 2 recalls for this Power Wagon (remote start was not installed in err) that should have been fixed prior to my taking ownership of the vehicle. 2 trips to the local dealer later, all was fixed. Then, to top it all off in style, yesterday I received a call from the Monroe Police Department. It turns out instead of putting my decked out 2005 Chevy Avalanche on their Chevy lot as they told me they were anxiously waiting to do, they auctioned it off but never did any of the Transfer of Ownership paperwork required by the state. The police called to tell me that it had been abandoned in a high crime area of Monroe and since I was still listed as the legal owner I would be liable for any tickets and / or for the use of the vehicle in any crimes. Then when I called the Sales Manager (Bret) asking for an explanation last night I was told he would look into it and call me back this morning. Of course as usual, no call came. Then when I called him back tonight he told me I should have received a call from finanace this morning and in the end it was my own fault for not transferring it myself! He said I was on my own; that they *never* do a transfer on vehicles that are whole-saled as they don't want to be responsible for the auction transfer drivers getting any tickets when they drive it back over to the Seattle area to be auctioned, and that all this should have been explained in Finance when I bought the vehicle. I also called a state licensing department and they confirmed that no, the dealer was legally required to transfer it at trade in and that now I would likely have to take it to civil court. Buyer BEWARE! If you trade your vehicle in here, you are asking for potential civil and criminal liability because just as I was told, they *never* do a legal Transfer of Ownership after they take ownership of your vehicle if they plan on auctioning it. Even though i have not purchased a new truck yet, i have been looking at multiple brands and many dealerships. My job takes me to every county in our great state and several other states including mostly Ut been looking at multiple brands and many dealerships. I am an instructor with the laborers union and consider myself to be a people person but most sales people are just to AGGRESIVE for me. One of the classes i co teach is finnancial skills and covers things like interest rates, dealer incentives and sales approaches based on gender etc. I guess i better say why i am sending in a comment. Of all the sales people i have talked to over several years of looking one of the very few i have enjoyed dealing with and continue to talk to is Cody Watts. beacause of his personality and so far honesty i will give this dealer a shot at my buisness this year! I know i will purchase a Dodge in 2011 and out of respect for the way i have been treated west hills will get 1st try at my sale. No offense Dave Smith but i would pay a little more if i have to to be treated the way i deserve to be treated. I have been talking with the Idaho based dealer for some time now and keep asking for a price on an st model with 6spd manual and constantly they try to sell me something i dont want. I hope to follow this up later this summer with how my purchase went. that will end my rant Chuck More

My experience at West Hills Jeep was exceptional. The customer service team was professional and friendly and not pushy. He was very patient with me (I had several conditions that needed to be met before I was going to purcahse a new car and I was beng very particular). After visiting a dozen different dealerships I finally found the right one to meet my needs. The customer service was friendly and I could tell that everyone cared about helping me. I could see the quality of work through the positive atmosphere of the dealership and also the employees concern to make sure that I had been taken care of. Frank had much patience with me by answering all of my questions and showing me through the lot making sure that I had seen my options. The friendliness of a dealership really reflects how you are greeted the first time you enter the building. I received a warm greeting from the receptionist. My overall experience on a scale of 1-10 would definitely be a 10. I feel welcome to come back to the dealership to purchase my next vehicle in the future. The prices in comparison to the previous dealerships that I had visited that day were exactly what I was looking for. I feel that I made a great purchase on my 2001 Taho.
