I did my research before going in, including looking at the West Texas Nissan webpage to see what they had in stock. So I knew what I wanted to test drive and most likely buy before going in. Kramer Woodard was the first person I met and when I told him what I wanted to test drive he went and made sure that it was still there, then went to grab the keys, and after that I was on the road test for a test drive.

Everyone was friendly and speedy and I was on the road within a couple of hours.

My wife and I live in Alpine Texas which is 175 miles from Odessa and were in town for other business. We had recently paid off our Nissan Cube and decided to go take a look at the Altima for 2013 as we had neither of us ever even been in one. We had no intention of buying a car Tuesday the 27 of November, we were just wanting to look.

We had met Mike in 2010 when we had taken our Cube for maintenance and the new Juke had just come out and they had one on the lot and Mike offered to take us for a test drive. He was very courteous and understanding when we concluded our drive without a commitment to buy the Juke in the near future but we did tell him then that we had just purchased the Cube and still had plenty of payments and miles to put on it. We liked our Cube and did not foresee a reason to change at that time.

So when we dropped by Tuesday with only the intention of "looking" it was Mike's courtesy and willingness to accommodate us that put us one again behind the wheel of a new Nissan for a test drive. We were more than pleased with the result of the test drive and decided that we would return the next week, December 5th, to talk some more with Mike about a purchase.

After we got back to the lot Mike could tell from the looks on our faces that we were sold on this car and he said," What can I do to have you drive this home to Alpine today?" We discussed that a bit and before we knew it he presented us with an offer that we simply could not pass up, so we shook hands on the deal and completed the paper work and drove home very satisfied with having met Mike in 2010 when we did. He is not only courteous, he has that knack of putting one at ease with the process of buying a new car.

So, thanks to Mike, Liz and I now have the great pleasure of driving this new 2013 Altima and are very, very happy with the professional and courteous service we received at West Texas Nissan from Mike and Clipper and the General Manager.

Rj Perouka is a very experienced sales person. We have bought from her a few times she has always went above and beyond what is expected of her. She is a #10 salesperson in my book and I would recommend her to anyone, and when we decide to get another vehicle she will be our salesperson. She knows about all the vehicles plus got us a good price so she is a #10 in my book. I can't say enough great things about her as well as the whole staff at West Texas Nissan. They have treated me as family and I feel the same about them. I love our vehicles they are the greatest.

Easy car purchase we filled out the on line information and looked at cars on line before we went to the lot. Test drove the cars we liked and we bought one and our oldest son bought another. Fast transaction and friendly sales people from start to finish.

5 Stars across the board! I was in the market for a used truck to maintain a low monthly payment. My salesman was able to get me into new truck that had all the bells and whistles, all the while keeping me at the low monthly payment we had budgeted for. The sales team at West Texas Nissan was friendly and respectful. The buying process was quick and hassle free. Not only did I make friends with the sales team at West Texas Nissan but also they earned a customer-for-life.

Both were just as nice as I'd hoped they would be. Although I has originally came in for a truck, when Tony showed me the car and told me it was manual I just couldn't wait to try it out. I had been talking with RJ for a few days, which is why I even came in. They got me a great deal on a brand new car, though it is a base car, I couldn't have asked for more.
