I was satasfied with the Salesman and the Dealership in providing the product that I was interested in. The Salesman answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed in a professional manner. It is more important that the product that I purchased lives up to it's reputation.

Don shepard was by far the best sales consultant that i have ever dealt with he applied absolutely no pressure to purchase just showed me the cars i was interested in and gave me a price. I was happy with the offer so i purchased a honda pilot from him and the westbrook honda staff.

My wife and I live in Westbrook but have bought our Honda's from other dealerships around the state as in the past we have not had very good experience at Westbrook Honda. It has been over 4 years since we returned to Westbrook Honda and this time the whole experience was different. Beginning to end the professionalism was apparent. Sammy Amer was fantastic to work with--he explained everything in detail and made my wife and I feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process. We walked into Westbrook Honda having done all of our homework: knowing what we wanted to buy, how much we wanted to pay, and what we needed to get for our trade-in. Sammy worked with us right from the outset of the process. He is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward---exactly what any customer would hope to have from their car salesperson. Too often during this process, we walked into a dealership, gave them the information about what we needed, told "okay," and then were bait-and-switched or given the run-around. This was not AT ALL the case with Westbrook Honda, and especially with Sammy. I echo what other reviewers have said about him: he is a consummate professional. He worked hard to earn our business by getting us the best trade-in value for our car, and respected the lower price incentives we brought to the table (military discount, honda incentives, etc.). He did not over-call or pester us, and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. We cannot thank Sammy enough for his hard work, personality, education about our new 2013 Civic EX-L, and dedication to a satisfying and comfortable car buying experience. We wholeheartedly recommend him and will absolutely ask for him by name next time we are in the market for a Honda. Thank you Sammy!

Sean was one of the best salespersons my husband and I have worked with. He attentively listened to our needs and wants in a car. Sean is an extremely knowledgeable young man that takes great pride in his job. He diligently went over the inside workings and outside of the car with us. Sean is a very like able person that will quickly become an asset to any employer. On another note which doesn't have to do with Sean, I cannot say the experience was perfect due to the fact that we waited 4 hours to complete the transaction and left for an hour for dinner on top of that. There was only one person processing the sales. But, I do have to say that the car was all set and ready to go when we picked it up and we really like the car a lot.

I recently went to Westbrook Honda to look for a new car. I was greeted by Sam Amer outside and we went inside to discuss what car I was looking for and with what options. I had already visited another local dealership and got their botton line price so I had a price and the model of the car I wanted. Ron Bachta the General Manager came over and introduced himself and said if there was anything he could help us with please feel free to ask. Sam was very professional and knowlegeable and found us the exact car I wanted. I didn't tell them the price I had from the other dealership but Ron was able to beat the price. So I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Accord . Sam showed us around the dealership and the service area. He explained everything in the car and how to use it. I was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Sam even followed up with a email thanking us and a phone call to ask how I was enjoying my new car and if I had any questions. He gets a A+ for customer service. I would highly recommend Sam Amer and Westbrook Honda.

Sean Bowen was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant. He made the experience much less stressful than I anticipated it would be.
He was very conscientious and made contact a couple of times after the purchase just to make sure I was happy with the car.

Great experience all around. They listened when I spoke, they spoke when I asked questions and treated me like a custom deserves. Even repaired the punctured tire on my wife's car to help me out. Thanks Sean and Ed!
