My Review Of Westbrook Honda:
We walked into Westbrook Honda having done all of our homework: knowing what we wanted to buy, how much we wanted to pay, and what we needed to get for our trade-in. Sammy worked with us right from the outset of the process. He is knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward---exactly what any customer would hope to have from their car salesperson. Too often during this process, we walked into a dealership, gave them the information about what we needed, told "okay," and then were bait-and-switched or given the run-around. This was not AT ALL the case with Westbrook Honda, and especially with Sammy. I echo what other reviewers have said about him: he is a consummate professional. He worked hard to earn our business by getting us the best trade-in value for our car, and respected the lower price incentives we brought to the table (military discount, honda incentives, etc.). He did not over-call or pester us, and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. We cannot thank Sammy enough for his hard work, personality, education about our new 2013 Civic EX-L, and dedication to a satisfying and comfortable car buying experience. We wholeheartedly recommend him and will absolutely ask for him by name next time we are in the market for a Honda. Thank you Sammy!
Randy helped us sign our lives away. Our afternoon with him was also a clear, easy, fast experience with no hidden prices, fees, or any funny business. He did his job perfectly by informing us of the extended coverages we could purchase and finance along with our new car.
