My wife and I were shopping around for a small SUV and were looking at the RAV4. We worked with Syed Ahmed to find something that would work. While we did find him to be knowledgable and helpful, he was a were looking at the RAV4. We worked with Syed Ahmed to find something that would work. While we did find him to be knowledgable and helpful, he was a little pushy and we never felt fully comfortable with him. We ended up buying a car from another dealer in the Lorensen Auto Group and even though we could have bought it from Syed, we felt more of a rapport with another salesman. My biggest complaint, was that the whole time, he talked to us as if we had already decided to buy the car. Even though we did put down a deposit to hold the car while we considered our choices, he had us watch a 2 minute video on glass-treating the paint job when we were trying to leave. I do think that the Lorensen Auto Group is a great place to buy a car, but we learned that the salesman absolutely makes or breaks the deal. Sincerely, Keith More

The entrance has an over head door that automatically opens and closes once you drive inside. I was greeted by Mark who explained the process. They got me in and out in an hour. There was a full explanation of all findings and the cost was reasonable. This is dealership focused on quality and delivery.
