After a brief conversation, Stephon and the service team took an in depth look and went ahead and replaced involved defective components on all four wheels under warranty. They also found a front end issue that they fixed right then and there. My car search was not panning out, after shopping around awhile, so I was feeling skeptical. I had an appt. with Hasan Barakat, who was friendly, respectful, accommodating, and patient. Marie Cannata, who assisted with the trade in value of my former Jeep, was very cordial and professional. The showroom was very well maintained, and there was a lovely food and drink table set up for customers. I purchased a vehicle, and 3 days in, I am satisfied so far. There have been a few minor glitches, but Hasan has addressed them in a timely and professional manner. I am hoping the service dept. will also impress me in the same way when the time comes. More
