I spoke with Cherie on the phone about trading my car she was very helpfull and knowledgeable. I came in any everything she said was true. On October 22 2008. I noticed some oil on the ground in my driveway under my 2008 FJ Cruiser.I called Jason Burns service advisor at Westchester Toyota who asked that I check the oil level and to see if it my driveway under my 2008 FJ Cruiser.I called Jason Burns service advisor at Westchester Toyota who asked that I check the oil level and to see if it was still where the owners manual specified. The level was full , he then asked me to come right in that day to check my truck.It was determined my oil pan had a leak. While I waited he had the technician Garris Martinez perform the repair under warranty. Bottom line is my truck was repaired while i waited w/o an appointment..just wanted to drop a note saying you just don't find service like that same day. More

Westchester Toyota is the most honorable dealership that I have been involved with. I have owned several different Toyota vehicles over the past 17 years and have had some really negative experiences relate I have been involved with. I have owned several different Toyota vehicles over the past 17 years and have had some really negative experiences related to buying a new or used car or getting the vehicle serviced. I found Westchester Toyota about 7 years ago when I was looking for a new Sienna mini van. I did a great deal of research on line prior to my visit to this dealership and had gotten burned by at least 3 other Toyota dealers in the NYC/NJ area. The prices that were listed were listed on line or in the paper were not accurate and the inventory was limited. I was treated very fairly at Westchester Toyota and they stood behind all advertised pricing and had a good selection of inventory. The sales staff and financing department were great and I have had excellent experiences with the service department as well. They are a quality organization and I recommend them highly. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the past 7 years and would not consider going to any other dealer for service or buying a new or used vehicle. More
