I dealt with Bruce of Whitten Bros Jeep to buy myself a used Ford Explorer with under 83,000 miles for way less than my budget of $10,000. I loved the gray color and I love everything about my car. I bought my mazda 3 about 5 years ago. The salesman said that state inspections were free. So far, everytime I have brought my car for an inspection and service I have been charged for the "free" state insp that state inspections were free. So far, everytime I have brought my car for an inspection and service I have been charged for the "free" state inspection. They advertise on the TV, radio and their website that they will give you free inspections as long as you own the car. The only time I wasn't charged was when I had an inspection only. they hide the state inspection charge among the charges if you have a service done. I wonder how many other people were ripped off with these "free inspections"!!! More

I took my Mazda 3 for a Summer Service which was 49.95. The charge on the bill was 58.40? then they tightened a valve on my brake without telling me and charged me an additional $100 dollars. Went in for an oil change that I made an appointment for and spent the next 2 hours waiting for my car. Anywhere else even without an appointment I would be out in 30 minutes tops. Left message about my dissatisfaction and got no response until I emailed Mazda and then the response was well of course it took 2 hours we had to change a filter. Not even an apology was coming from them. More
