Attention to detail I went to Wilde on a Sunday afternoon to check out used cars while they were closed, so as not to be pressured by a sales person. As I was going throu I went to Wilde on a Sunday afternoon to check out used cars while they were closed, so as not to be pressured by a sales person. As I was going through the lot, I saw someone working on a vehicle--polishing, cleaning, etc. I said to him, " Working on a car you just bought?" "No," he replied, "it's a car I just sold!" I knew right then that was the salesman I wanted--it was Jeff. I returned the next day to test drive a few vehicles, and, of course, asked for Jeff and am glad I did. As I climbed into the first car, he immediately pointed out the smell of cigarette smoke (I hadn't really noticed), but said he could have it treated to take the smell away. He could have said nothing and perhaps I wouldn't have noticed, but no, he was honest and offered a solution. It ended up that was the vehicle I purchased and the smoke smell was taken care of even before I had made the decision to purchase it. Not only that, but he cleaned off spots and stains that were on the seats and satisfied all my additional requests. The vehicle was pristine when I took possession. He was also very good in helping me negotiate a better price for my trade-in. He was courteous and did not try to pressure me into buying a car. Overall, I would consider Jeff an outstanding sales person and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a used car. I am very satisfied. Thank you, Jeff. More
