Emergency RV Repair While traveling in the Rochester NY area our AC stopped working over the July 4th weekend. We were able to arrange a 'walk-in' appointment for July 6 While traveling in the Rochester NY area our AC stopped working over the July 4th weekend. We were able to arrange a 'walk-in' appointment for July 6th and the problem was fixed in about an hour! The staff was very pleasant, the facilities were spacious and new, and the waiting area was quite comfortable. If we ever encounter a problem on the road again in the Rochester area, this will be our dealer of choice. More

Disappointed in customer service At the time we were negotiating the price of the RV, the salesperson and manager touted their attention to detail, excellent customer service and all At the time we were negotiating the price of the RV, the salesperson and manager touted their attention to detail, excellent customer service and all the work they had done to the RV we were looking to purchase. Since we are willing to pay more for customer service we agreed on a price assuming the claims made during negotiations were true. While the people are overall friendly we were disappointed with the remainder of our experience. When we came to pick up the RV the walk through uncovered many items that were not fixed. We spent over 4 hours at the dealership with 2 kids in tow. This was during lunch as well and were not offered any drinks or food so we had to pay for ourselves out of the vending machine. After the checklist was complete, the dealer took the action to order the parts needed and contact us when they were in. It was about 3 weeks and we still heard nothing so we called for status. At that point we were told some parts were not even on order yet. Once the parts were in we were first told we could not come on Saturday because they only did that work on weekdays. I live work full time and live in Buffalo so to take off of work and spend another 4 hours total was not acceptable. Finally the manager approved the Saturday timing. They did provide a vehicle for us to use while our RV was being repaired and paid for the gas used to get to dealer which was appreciated. However when we got back to dealership, they were not able to fix everything as parts were still missing. This was on June 11 and as I write this today, July 15 still not complete. More

But for the camper and dealership it was great. Would recommend speaking to the driver. That was a bad experience More
