Wilson County Hyundai is an outstanding dealership with an excellent service department. I recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata and traded in my 2008 Sonata. My salesperson, Michael Zartman, did an excellent job in assisting me with this purchase, as did the sales manager Daryl Peterson. Wayne Fielder was very efficient in handling the financing and explained everything thoroughly and concisely for me. I can't say enough good things about Randy Jackson, the Service Manager. This is my second Hyundai Sonata and he took VERY good care of me and my 2008 Sonata for the past 5 years. His shop is always immaculately clean and very well organized and my service visits were always completed in a very timely manner. He assisted me in getting my faulty gas tank (stuck open filler flap) on the 2008 Sonata replaced by Hyundai so that I only had to pay the $100 deductible, instead of paying nearly $1000 to cover the cost and labor on a new gas tank. His service writer, Sasha Bennett, is also a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, and to also get all of their recommended service performed by this service department. The cost of an oil change (a thorough one - with all systems checked out in addition to the oil change) is VERY competitive with the "quickie" chains and the quality of service is much better! I will be a Hyundai customer for life now!

My Experience with Rob Crockett and Daryl Peterson at Wilson County Hyundai was fantastic! I went there to test drive and ultimately purchase a 2006 Nissan Xterra. Rob came in on his day (I think) and we were there till closing though i did not get there till 6pm. Rob was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and not full of crap. Same goes for Daryl Peterson. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever had hands down. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and I walked out of there a customer for life. When its time to buy another new or used car you can bet I will check them out first. Rob is cool, Daryl is friendly as were every other employee I interacted with.

i so wanted to thank mike zartman my salesman. buying a car is a huge purchase for some people and i was unsure if this would ever happen to me. i was use to going to a car lot and they offer you either somthing that you can't afford or they sell you a lemon and try to pass it off as it's in great condition but not this time. i have been going back and forth with mike since dec and he is the bomb..he wasn't pushy or he didn't act like he was forcing the whole buy a new car now or else. during this time i became ill and he even called to make sure that i was ok...what car salemans does that....i even had three things that i wanted in order to buy a car...and he made all of that possilbe and not once went back on this word. i was impressed and i am so glad that mike chose me to work with...he cares and he made me look a car salesmen in a totally different light...mike has made me the most happiest woman with my first new car purchase...he is the bomb and i am telling everyone i know who is interested in a buying a car to visit this location and ask for mike...the whole team was great and wayne was awesome. they made it so easy for me and worked around my schedule.

I bought a Sonata from Wilson County Hyundai in 2012. Jeff Mazza was my sales contact. I had such a great experience buying it that I recently took my fiance there to look at some cars. Ryan Vantrease was our sales person this time, and same thing, great experience! Ryan was very patient and knowledgeable with us as we drove a few cars. We ended up ordering an Elantra GT, and we are very happy with everything that Wilson County Hyundai has done for us, from start to finish. This is a great dealership with a great staff!

Ryan Vantrease is a knowledgable sales professional that knows the Hyundai product and understands how to help people find the right vehicle for them. I have purchases 3 vehicles from Ryan and always return as I know he will profvide the guidance and give me the proper information onthe car I am looking to purchase.

Belinda Wilson is a definite benefit to the dealership. I have dealt with many finance people in the past and Belinda stands out above all. She is professinal in her dealings. She has the ability to explain the contract and the other add-ons that can be a benefit to a new car. Her presentaion is detailed and through but she does not make you feel you are making a bad mistake if you choose not to be interested. On this purchase she was willing to come from her office at a sister dealership to handle the financing on my vehicle. This is a service you would probably not get from most dealerships. Also I appreciated the management for facilitating this and allowing this to be a pleasant transaction.

Daryl is always a pleasure to deal with in determining the value of the vehicle you are trading. He does his best to give you a reasonable offer and willing to do more research and calling to see if he can obtain more for your trade in if the original offer is not sufficient. I appreciate the coordinating he did to have Belinda come to the dealership to finish the finace transactiton.

Wilson County Hyundai is set apart from other dealerships by their ability to work with each customer individually and are not afraid to vary from their standard operating procedures if possible to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend them and their family atmosphere.

The best car purchase experience ever. No pressure from salesperson made me less stressed on buying a new vehicle.

I was most impressed with Ryan and the care he took by showing me every detail on my new car and even came to my house to sync the garage door to my car.
