I have had very good and very bad experiences, this is one of my top experiences of all time. I purchased a 2017 Prius v for my parents yesterday, they love the car. The dealership was courteous, respectful, honest and transparent, and thoughtful in each interaction. My next car may be a Toyota just because I had such a good experiences with this dealership. Great service in a bad situation We purchased a car for my wife and delayed delivery due to the bad weather in Portland recently. Unfortunately she died suddenly and Josh & Erik helped us reverse the deal due to the circumstances. The purchase included special extra's and they refused to let us pay for them, or for the salesman's commission which we're sure, during the holidays, was a sacrifice. We test drove a couple of vehicles there and we couldn't make up our minds on what we wanted to do.
