I know this may get a bit wordy but I flet I needed to tell my horror story! Went there because of a promotion that could get us into a car on a Friday. Promotion was good and would work for our situation. BUT, coustomer service was horrible. Dan was friendly but the waste of our time was un excusable. Todd was friendly at first but he had an attitude that made me feel like I was inturupting his time. Picked out a car over the weekend and had them work on financing Monday morning. Came in a bit high but Dan told me to come up there and make him an offer and they would make it work. I asked &quot;are you sure cause I am an hour drive away&quot;. After he said &quot;we will make it work for your budget&quot; I drove there. 1 hour drive there. 3 hours there only to find that this car would not work for us on our budget. They told me they found a different car that would work in our budget and I drove home. I could have done all of this on the phone cause the car I picked out was not even there. We had to go to a competitor of theirs to take a test drive. But we did not like it when we test drove it. So we had another that we drove and liked. 8 Hours of my time in all Monday. But they told me they could make this other car work for sure in our budget and they can absolutly get the finacing to work. Todd would call me in the morning with the numbers. Next day I had to call there only to find out that both Dan and Todd do not work on Tuesdays, so they do not sell cars on that day? Ron said no one else could give me info on the finacing cause "Todd takes care of all of that" and he would stop in today to call me. I had told Ron that we did not like the car but we did want the other one. I ended up having to call the bank myself at 5pm to find out that they did approve us. The bank said, We gave the dealer your approval last night! They did not call you?, I was stunned that they said that. The next day I called them in the morning to find out the exact numbers so we could get into our new car and Dan kept telling me that Todd was working on finacing other cars they sold Tuesday and I was pushed back. I was there on Monday but pushed to the end of the line. At 5pm I finally got a call with numbers that were way over what they first told me on Monday night on the car we did not like!!!!! This was over 48 hours later to get the numbers from them. If you dont want to sell me a car, dont waste almost a week of my time. I could not beleive that I was treated so badly. In all my years I have never felt so disgusted with coustomer service. All around HORRIBLE!!!!
I called another dealer Wed. night, expalined my situation, the promotion that Witt had and the type of car we were looking for. LESS than 24 hours later we were driving away in a better, newer model, lower priced certified car. We were treated with respect.
I am sure that they dont treat everyone like this but they need to get their act together. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM!!!!
