Rich reassured me and even set me up with a rental car so I could make my meeting on time. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Saved the day. I was attempting to change my spark plugs and pulled apart the spark plug wire cap. It was lodged in the bottom and I couldn't get it out. So I was attempting to change my spark plugs and pulled apart the spark plug wire cap. It was lodged in the bottom and I couldn't get it out. So I called them and drove there. And they fixed it and in no time I was on the road again. No appointment, they just said drive down and we'll fix it. It all happened so fast, I almost forgot to pay the bill. They just know how to do it right the first time. They waste no time getting you back on the road. Happy. More

The salesman I dealt with, Scott Hoffman told me on the first day I met him. "don't worry, I'll find your daughter the car you want at a great price".. He rally did. Awesome car at a great price and a very good price on my trade. His managers Jeremy Kelly and Jim Prince took great care of me. All three went out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction. They took care of a couple of minor things with the car as they said they would. We had a problem with the title that was not their fault and they cleared that up. Not to mention, SteveSokoloff in Finance got me the best rate...even better than my Credit Union. Awesome group that I will be going to for my next car purchase as well...Thanks for a great car and deal!! More
Excellent I purchased my Corolla from Woburn Toyota in November of 2008 (another excellent experience). Since I purchased the car, I have all my service comple I purchased my Corolla from Woburn Toyota in November of 2008 (another excellent experience). Since I purchased the car, I have all my service completed by them. My experience has always been very good. This time, my service manager went above and beyond helping me get my car serviced, including getting my recalls taken care of. I was out of the dealership in the time he said it would be completed. He was courteous and friendly. In addition, I had just renewed my registration and they noticed that I had not put the new sticker on my license plate. If they had not helped me with that, who knows how long I would have driven around without it. Thank you so much! More

John Russo the service manager has taken excellent care of me every time. He was able to get me in and out and taken care of both when I had an appointment and when I presented as a walk in. I was reluctant to be seen by my car dealership because I always felt as if the cost was way absorbent compared to local garages, however after addressing this issue I feel as if with coupons and open communication, the service here has become much more manageable and they utilize the best Toyota products and have the ability to diagnose my issues with a high quality of expertise and far better than anywhere else I have gone. I trust John Russo to be fair and honest. When I was desperately in need because I did something stupid (put diesel fuel in my engine) Woburn Toyota took care of my car and completely flushed the engine, and it runs just as good today as the day it was purchased. They could have told me I needed a whole new engine and I wouldn't have known any differently but instead was charged the minimum they had stated. John lets me know prior to the service provided what he recommends and what the price will be and that is much appreciated. More
