Horrible Service Dept. Why make appointments if you aren’t even going to look at my car for a week? Took car in for recalls and a to have diagnostics run on check engine Why make appointments if you aren’t even going to look at my car for a week? Took car in for recalls and a to have diagnostics run on check engine light and a few other things. Was told a week ago that someone would reach out. I have not heard from anyone and when I called two days ago was told a technician was assigned that day. Called back two days later and the technician “just started” looking at it. I will call again tomorrow and if nothing has been done I will be picking it up and taking it somewhere else with better service. More

The dealership did a great job working for my business. The salesman worked hard for the deal. He was so much better than the amateur that met me at the door and wasted 1/2 an hour trying to find the stock number of the car I gave him the stock number for! I was leaving to go to the Buick dealer when Taylor Chism came to my car and asked to help. Taylor did a great job helping us get a test drive and work out the pricing on the car we finally bought even though I had to check out a honda and a Buick before closing the deal. The GM was also very helpful in working out the small issues. I dealt with 3 dealers to find the car my wife wanted and this one was the absolutely most helpful, I actually paid about $5k more for the Jeep Grand Cherokee than I would have for the Buick or the honda. Service matters, thank you. More

Brought my daughter's Dodge Dart in for an oil change. I specifically advised the service agent of this; however, when it came time to pay the bill was $110.36. This way more than I pay for an oil chang I specifically advised the service agent of this; however, when it came time to pay the bill was $110.36. This way more than I pay for an oil change at Wolfchase Honda for my vehicle. When asked why the price was so high- much higher than I paid previously at Gossett, I was advised that it takes a certain type of oil- 0W-20 and that was the reason. Well I will not be returning to this location again. The service was subpar at best and downright scandalous at worst. More
I had my car towed to Wolfchase Chrysler on May 23rd which costed me $80 for a recall as well as diagnostic to see why my car has been cutting off. After calling a couple times because they didn’t call which costed me $80 for a recall as well as diagnostic to see why my car has been cutting off. After calling a couple times because they didn’t call me, I was told it will be looked at the next day. One of the calls the tech was discussing the wrong car. So today June 10th gets a call they do not know what’s wrong with the car. I will need to pay another diagnostic fee to try to figure it out. This means I must pay $149 for the 1st diagnostic so that’s another $149. I gets up and go to the office I am very angry because I have been without a car for 2 weeks. Mario tells me that they have never seen this before, so they need to call Chrysler. I then ask a few questions: So if I pay another $149 will you know what’s wrong with my car? Mario stated no I’m not sure. So I stated why would I keep paying $149 for you to keep not knowing. He stated that we never seen this before. Also Chrysler should have been called because you didn’t know in the beginning what was wrong. I am paying $149 for you to call somebody else to help you figure it out which is fair to me? How many $149 do I have to pay? I had my car towed which cost $95. I am very disappointed and out of $359.37 and my car still doesn’t work after being gone for 2 weeks. Then the manager states they don't have a written policy wow More
