Vehicle Maintenance While at the dealership for the replacement of an air bag inflater, the tech noticed that there was a problem with wear on the timing belt. I schedule While at the dealership for the replacement of an air bag inflater, the tech noticed that there was a problem with wear on the timing belt. I scheduled an appointment for a later date and had the work done. I gave every category five stars except the cost. Customer service, Quality of work, and Friendliness are excellent but as with all service on a automobile seems to be very expensive. Therefore I gave an overall rating of four stars. I also want to add that the service consultant, Dexter Alexander has been excellent all the years that I have been coming to the dealership. More
