Everyone was very helpful at Wondries Toyota and I was extremely please with Kanika’s assistance. It was a pleasant surprised that she went out of her way by driving my car to one of the mechanics to find out if there was an issue with the new battery. I had a tune up service done yesterday and I also got a new battery installed. For some reason, it was causing shaking when my car is on idle. It was a relief that I didn’t have to replace a transmission like someone suggested. I didn’t even wait long when she returned with the good news. Overall, I will definitely return for future maintenance or even buy a new car at Wondries due to the A+++ customer service I received from Kanika! More

Last service the technician did not give the sticker after an oil changed. Yesterday I stopped by for an oil change, tires rotation and a full complete inspection for my Scion XD. When I got back my car after an oil changed. Yesterday I stopped by for an oil change, tires rotation and a full complete inspection for my Scion XD. When I got back my car, again there is no sticker indication on the top left windshield for my next oil change. The wash fluid is not close, the hood is not lock. Can you image if I did not catch this and drove it down to the freeway with a full speed, what consequences with be. So many mistakes on this full inspection, I am not sure I have the trust that you guys changed the oil, filter, tires rotation and a complete inspection… etc… So disappointed. Vincent K. More
