While driving from Atlanta to Omaha we had a front end breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed that afternoon; however, the extra lengths that Service Advisor Jack Spence and technician Donnie went thru to diagnose what was needed and find a part at that late time, they got us back on then road. Awesome customer service!!! Highly recommend. More

This dealership needs a major face lift the overall appearance is atrocious. I just relocated from another state. I noticed that they washed some cars after service but not mine.
