Purchased a Palisade 3 years ago. Experienced transmission problems. Was told earliest we could make an appt was in 3 weeks!!! Called another Hyundai dealer and made appt for 3 day Experienced transmission problems. Was told earliest we could make an appt was in 3 weeks!!! Horrible service department will never step foot in the dealership again. Service manger doesn't care they had my vehicle for over 6 months DO NOT BE LIKE ME AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! dealership again. Service department gives lots of excuses. Won't work on a loaner vehicle when they don't have the part and the 2 weeks are up. My Recent July 6, 2022 Service was Not Satisfactory. The Service Staff was Rude. The Invoice Included a Car Wash and Vacuum. The Dealer Did Not Build a Car Wash. I was Given a Coupon to Drive Way We The Service Staff was Rude. The Invoice Included a Car Wash and Vacuum. The Dealer Did Not Build a Car Wash. I was Given a Coupon to Drive Way West to an Unassisted Car Wash. I Went Out West One Time and Once to a Bucky's. Both Had No Attendant. To Add to My Frustrating Experience, My Car was NOT Vacuumed at the Dealership . The Complaint Department Offered to Vacuum My Car If I Would Return to the Dealership. A 20 Minute Drive Each Way was INCONVENIENT. I Declined. There was No Manager at the Dealership. Mr. Hinkle was Out of the Office Until July 12th. No One was Designated as a Manager. Also, My A/ C is Not Functioning Well. I was Told It Would be 4 to 6 Weeks Before An Appt Would be Available. I Feel the Woodhouse Hyundai Service Department is Disappointing and Obviously Understaffed. More

The attention to detail was unmistakable.. Our 2019 Santa Fe had been showing signs of a problem with "rail dust" in the paint. Woodhouse Hyundai made it right and paid attention to detail ins Our 2019 Santa Fe had been showing signs of a problem with "rail dust" in the paint. Woodhouse Hyundai made it right and paid attention to detail inside and out cleaning the car to the extent they exceeded our expectations. Great job Josh Ridpath and whoever in the paint shop cleaned up the discoloration. You are much appreciated. And I know I repeat myself but my familiy including our grown kids only buy from Woodhouse. More

Not Just an Oil Change I needed an oil change but wanted to have the brakes checked. Nick was able to get my car in the same day. He was vey professional both on the phone a I needed an oil change but wanted to have the brakes checked. Nick was able to get my car in the same day. He was vey professional both on the phone and in person. He got in touch with me within an hour after dropping off the car and explained the issues clearly. My car received an oil change, tire rotation and new brake pads all in a matter of 3 hours. 2 thumbs up Woodhouse Mazda service team! More
