Woolwine Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I purchased a Jeep from Woolwine. I live in Texas and they were bringing my Jeep and meeting me halfway. When I got there, the jeeps windshield was cracked. They said they would take care of it, but they wanted me to use my windshield replacement warranty, which I tried to do and Jeep declined fixing it. Unfortunately, I was never able to get the windshield replaced and contacted wool wine several times with no response. They should’ve fixed the windshield before they brought it to me. The purchase had already gone through and I took them for their word that it would get fixed. Unfortunately I’m.very disappointed in woolwine that they sold me a a new jeep with a cracked windshield that was never replaced. More
