Zero pressure sale We were looking to buy a used car, and I was very apprehensive. My previous visits to dealerships in the area were little stressful. It was completely opposite at Ford. Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure at all. Jeff and Keith were very professional and friendly. They even let me drive car home to show it to my husband. And no overwhelming paperwork. Very simple and quick. I was impressed. We purchased the car and love it. Thank you Jeff and Keith! It was a pleasure to work with you. Wonderful Friendly Experience Could not have been happier. My wife and daughter went to pick out a reliable car for our daughter to take to college. They did everything possible to make them feel like family. When I arrived it was like I was showing up to a friends house. Jeff and Marco showed us what friendly customer service is. World Ford reminded me about friendly southern hospitality and a different time when Pensacola was a small friendly place. I would recommend World Ford to anyone. Robert and I have purchased and traded our fair share of vehicles in the last few years, primarily because I am one of the pickiest people on the face of this Earth. I'm not one of those "it has to be completely loaded" type people, but instead I like to have what I want rather than what my husband (haha) thinks I want. Enter Troy. He recently delivered on our second vehicle in 8 months. Troy even helped with 4 month old Stella when I was arguing with myself (at least I admit it- haha) on the options and vehicle color I wanted. I can't thank Troy enough for his courtesy, professionalism and awesome personality...especially since Stella didn't cry when he held her for me! They're scammy with just telling you about stock, do you think they won't try to scam you on as much money as they can get? More

Excellent buying experience! Visited World Ford to look at late model used cars for the wife. My wife liked the 2014 Escape Titanium. We test drove a couple of them on one day b Visited World Ford to look at late model used cars for the wife. My wife liked the 2014 Escape Titanium. We test drove a couple of them on one day but wanted to continue to look at other makes and models at other dealerships in the area. Both Jeff and Sonny answered all of our questions and were very confident and comfortable allowing us to take our time and look around and were not threatened when we said that we still planned on looking at other dealerships. To be quite honest, the low pressure sales approach is what brought me back to World Ford the next day! After deciding on a specific vehicle Jeff and Sonny made the magic happen in order to get the vehicle in the price range I was comfortable with. I dont know if I would have bought a vehicle from World Ford if I didnt happen to encounter the services of Jeff and Sonny; but I am glad that I did! The rest of the process was fairly quick and simple. I had per-arranged financing so I did not have to worry about that at the dealership. The finance officer went over the available extended coverages in addition to the normal warranty. I chose not to purchase any other coverages and the finance officer respected my decision and was not over bearing in the matter. All in all this was a great buying experience for my wife and I. I will definitely be back to World Ford when I am ready to buy another vehicle! More
