Upon arrival for service I was greeted by Stephen Raymond, who opened my door and asked what he could do for me. I told him I was there for an oil change. He walked me over to the showroom and introduced me to a salesman who proceeded to show me the new models available. My car was ready when I returned and I found it washed and sparkling. I live 15 or more miles from this dealership but continue to use them exclusively for service because I can count on excellent/superior customer service and care for my car. We will purchase another Toyota from World Toyota because we know we will get a very competitive price and excellent service department to service our car. More

This is a first class dealership. The customer service is impecable and the staff from top to bottom has an outstanding adherence to the highest standards of customer service. No buyer's remorse experienced whatsoever. Don't wish to sound snobby but the experience and treatment you get at World Toyota in Atlanta is something you'd expect only from a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, or Lexus level of dealership. I would go further to say that the experience at World is even superior to those mentioned because they do it with open, direct,and honest communication and interaction (not just customer service polish).
