This is a SCAM CENTER, I would recommend going anywhere else. My fiancé took a 2010 Nissan Rogue to this dealership 2 weeks after the vehicle passed inspection for a transmission problem. The original else. My fiancé took a 2010 Nissan Rogue to this dealership 2 weeks after the vehicle passed inspection for a transmission problem. The original inspector said the issue with the transmission does not keep the vehicle from being inspected and said it was safe to drive. We told Nissan write service what we were told and that many online forums also suggest that this is a transmission issue or a torque converter, with the vehicle shaking only between 30-40 mph (common issue on Nissan forums). Nissan and their service advisor, Meghan Stanton, instead told my fiancé that her car was unsafe to drive, should never have passed inspection, and that it was even a fire hazard with something rubbing against the gas tank. They gave her a 2800 estimate for axles, driveshaft, and u joints and told us after this service we would probably still have the same shaking we were experiencing. I refused the work and paid for the diagnostics and took the car back to the original inspector. The inspector put the car on a lift for me and walked me through everything in Nissan Wright's estimate. Everything on the estimate was untrue. They confirmed the vehicle was fit to be inspected and safe to drive. When I went back to the dealership, the service manager, named Russ Miguel, would not take any accountability for anything. He claimed that the inspection status was the other shops "opinion" as if there weren't state-wide standards in place for PA inspections. He neither confirmed nor denied his service representatives comments on the safety of the vehicle, said he would "have to check the call logs". He refused to give me contact information or schedule an appointment for his boss or anybody else in the organization, just said "someone will reach out to you". He wouldn't even consider refunding the diagnostic charge even though it is clear as day that the estimate we received was at best unethical and at worst criminally fraudulent. I suspect Nissan Wright Service center gave this estimate to my Fiancé assuming she would not know any better. Even the estimates they gave were high for what the repairs were. I would describe the service as predatory, unethical, and morally reprehensible. Please. Do. Not. Go. Here. More
I attempted to purchase a vehicle but there wasn't much dialog, I wish there was an opportunity to atleast have a discussion to put the deal together. dialog, I wish there was an opportunity to atleast have a discussion to put the deal together. More
I am writing this review on behalf of my father Mel B who purchased a white 2021 Nissan Rogue SV in late November 2021. i am writing the review as my father brought his sales contract to me recently because purchased a white 2021 Nissan Rogue SV in late November 2021. i am writing the review as my father brought his sales contract to me recently because he was upset that almost every add-on that could be included was. He asked me to see about getting these refunded. i contacted Wright on 4/8/22 to see about rectifying these issues. I spoke to Manager, Ian McFarland for assistance in getting these add-ons refunded. He was able to accomodate my father's wishes "to the T" and was able to get refunds processed. I am filing this review with this score because Ian McFarland's actions outweighed the miscommunications that occurred between the finance manager and sales consultant. If purchasing a vehicle from Wright Nissan and need any assistance, I highly recommend Ian for his attentive and prompt remediation efforts. More
Service department has a "it's not my fault" attitude. I've have wasted 12 hours and three trips here for the problem that should have been diagnosed the first time. To only have to come back a second tim I've have wasted 12 hours and three trips here for the problem that should have been diagnosed the first time. To only have to come back a second time. When I expressed frustration that so much of my time was wasting Jared raised his voice at me telling me he is frustrated also but there isn't anything he could do...ummm you could have brought my car back right away instead of me seeing it wait there for 35 minutes. What's the use of an appointment of they just make you wait all day anyway and will get to it when they feel like it. Terrible service, expect any issues to not be their fault More
i expressed interest in a vehicle online. johnathan from internet sales reached out to me via phone call. i asked if the vehicle is ready and available because i didnt want to drive 2 hours for nothing. i w internet sales reached out to me via phone call. i asked if the vehicle is ready and available because i didnt want to drive 2 hours for nothing. i was ready to buy. he said it was ready to go, and made me an appointment to go see it 1st thing in the morning. i asked how the dealership honors these kbb instant offers. he told me they do a good job of honoring the kbb pricing. i also asked if they would work with me on the price of the vehicle. he told me with confidence that yes, they do what they can to come to a good agreement. so i took my $1900 kbb instant offer to them 1st thing in the morning and the the vehicle i was told was ready and available, was not ready. it was a recent trade in and has not been through service yet. i couldnt even test drive it. ok, maybe we could make a deal and i'll pick it up at a later date. nope! sales manager, Zack, basically cut my kbb instant offer in half with a $1000 offer and would not honor the kbb instant offer. nor would he move up at all to work with me. and refused to work at all on the price of the vehicle i wanted to purchase. it was almost like he was trying to steer me away from buying it. he brought me out quotes for monthly payments that were calculated with extremely high interest rates. i told him and the sales associate that i have excellent credit and was already pre approved at 3.6%, but neither of them seemed to care. i asked him flat out if he was willing to work with me on the trade in value, or the price of the vehicle i was there to purchase. Zack, the sales manager, without hesitation, said no. this is why i asked johnathan over the phone the questions i asked. the sales team and the internet sales team are not on the same page. $500. thats all it would have taken for them to sell a $35,000 vehicle. i almost pulled the trigger because i know once they sent the paperwork through to the bank, it would have come out to much cheaper payments than what they were showing me. but the fact that he did not honor the instant offer i recieved, nor would he meet half way on that offer, and the fact that he walk out there really cocky, like he was better than me. all he had to do was show me that he was willing to work with me a little bit. so i stopped at another dealership on my long drive home and bought an "almost" identical vehicle. right around the same price too. i didnt have to bring them no kbb instant offer. they offered me fair bluebook value for my trade in. i was happy with that. and the my monthly payments are around $150 less than what Zack was trying to throw at me. so in actuality, i have to thank this guy for trying to push me away so i could find a better dealership. thanks zack!
