"This place is a DISGRACE!!"

I was looking to trade in my 03 Nissan Murano...I test drove a 2013 red kia sportage...After test driving I went into the office area to discuss business with them...they only offered me $800 on my trade in...This murano is fully loaded brand new tires, sunroof, dvds in both headrests..only 119,500 original miles!! I would NOT recommend this place of business to ANYONE!! They said it has transmission issues. ..I drive this murano over 100 miles a day to work!!

"Benny Joles was great. "

Highly recommend him. He will follow up with servicing issues as well. We bought a year-old hyundai sonata (from their partner dealership) at the same time as we bought our new highlander. Benny gave us a standing offer to drop the Hyundai with him (at Toyota)whenever it needs servicing. He will take it to hyundai and handle the business side of it for us himself. Great service.

"I bought my Highlander at the Hopkinsville Toyota since I..."

I bought my Highlander at the Hopkinsville Toyota since I live close by. What a nightmare! Everything was fine until my husband deployed & I had to deal with them. Anyways, I figured I would try the dealership in Clarksville for my services even though its quite a drive for me. Wow! Everyone is super nice & the waiting area is great too. There is a little closed off play room for the kids. I was even a little worried about letting them play since its flu season and you know how kids carry germs. Well, I noticed a guy going around and disinfecting things with Lysol after people were leaving. That's taking care of your customers! I wish I would have went here to buy my vehicle. Probably would have saved me a year worth of trouble...

"Our salesman, Brent Majors, was extremely knowledgeable..."

Our salesman, Brent Majors, was extremely knowledgeable about the three different vehicles we wanted to compare. He is friendly and sincere. Totally the "non-pushy" salesman! We went to this dealer because we have purchased 3 new vehicles from them in the past and have always been satisfied with the knowledge of the sales people and the pricing. This was our 4th car we purchased from Wyatt Johnson. We were introduced to the service manager, Mike Drexel, An extremely nice gentleman and so excited to tell us about the experience and knowledge of his service team. Lindsay Perales, the Finance Manager, was friendly, non-pushy and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer ALL of our questions about the extended warranty and all aspects of the financing. Defineately, no condescending attitude from this lady! (This has been a problem with past experiences at different dealerships.) We are leaving our "new" used Sequoia in the service department tomorrow to have new tires put on and an alignment. We have high expectations of this service department and left believing we will not be disappointed! Thank you all for making this experience as stress free as you could imagine!

"My Wife and I recently found out that we have another..."

My Wife and I recently found out that we have another child on the way so we decided to upgrade to a vehicle with third row seating. We both knew that the quality of a Toyota is bar none, so we decided to visit Wyatt Johnson Toyota. As soon as I finished parking my car, my wife and I were greeted by Nick Bernier (Wyatt Johnson Toyota Salesman). First impressions are always important and he showed a genuine passion to find us the vehicle our family would benefit. He was friendly, honest, and made it seem as if i'd known him forever. Unfortunately, That first day we visited we did not go home in a new car. But Nick never forgot about us. He remembered exactly what specifications we were looking for and needed in a car and he even remembered my children's names. Two months passed and I received a phone call from Nick. He said " Happy Veterans Day! I did it Joe! I found the perfect vehicle for you guy's and i just know your gonna love it!" So my wife and I took another trip to Wyatt Johnson Toyota and he had a beautiful Toyota Highlander that met every requirement. My wife immediately fell in love with it. He walked us through all the Paper work in a calm stress free environment and made the experience absolutely memorable. Later we met with the Wyatt Johnson Toyota Finance Manager, Lindsay Perales and she was awesome. She stayed late with my wife and I and walked us through ALL of the finance paperwork. She even brought our interest rate down by more than half of what we were initially approved for. After my experience at Wyatt Johnson Toyota with Nick and Lindsay I think its safe to say that they left an even better last impression. I drove my new Toyota Highlander home that night and never regretted the decision to choose Wyatt Johnson Toyota.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the Wyatt Johnson team on the greatest experience at purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. I recently purchased my 2013 Toyota Tundra Crew Max 4x4 Rock Warrior Package. Conrad Haggard was consistently on top of trying to find the best vehicle to fit my family's needs. He was significantly thorough and never pushy a great salesperson. He maintained contact with me for weeks as I made my decision to purchase. Upon selection I was able to meet with a wonderfully sweet and extremely effective Finance manager named Lindsay Perales who went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best deal possible. My wife and I really owe her a great deal for pushing as much as she did to ensure that we were taken care of. Thanks to her efforts I was able to save thousands as she was able to attain a surreal interest rate. Thanks Lindsay. Finally I wanted to thank Chris Castro whom I have built a personal friendship with throughout the years as I have purchased multiple vehicles from him. He is a straight shooter and a key reason why I always return to Wyatt Johnson Toyota of Clarksville. The entire process from start to finish including my test drive took approximately 1 hour. There was no haggling, no walking in and out, in short a magnificent experience. All in all an a remarkable team. I usually never take the time to fill out these comments however in this case i felt obligated to do so as I could not be more satisfied with their entire performance. This is a fine example of the excellence which is TOYOTA. Thanks to individuals like these the name is more than just a brand it is a family. Great job guys. God Bless. Oh and before I forget I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!!

I was in a bind with the my previous vehicle and the guys at the used car sales worked with me on everything. The staff was terrific and didn't make any attempt at all to sell me something I didn't want. If you are stationed in the Ft. Campbell area I would highly recommend that you come here to get your next vehicle. No scams, No bull, and Great Service!!!

"Once again it was that time to trade in again and I..."

Once again it was that time to trade in again and I cannot be more gratified with my purchased and overall experience. I’m always treated well and pricing is always just right. You don’t have to haggle like other folks have to do with some local dealers. Brenton did a great job taking me around to all three lots, I test drove about everything I thought would fit my needs and finally I decided to get the car I thought was just right for me. I purchased a used CPO 2011 Toyota Avalon with 14k miles and the thing is in immaculate condition!! At the end the price and payments was right on! And on top of that I got good money for my trade in. Again it was a pleasure to work with JJ (Manager), Kevin (manager), Gina (finance) and my new sales person Brenton. My usual sales guy Benny Joles is out sick and I hope he gets well soon. These guys really care on whether they are providing good service, if not they will rectify the situation if need be. Thanks for making this car purchase like my previous ones, flawless!

Our visit with the dealership was great! Conrad was awesome! He is very professional and knowledgable. He was able to answer all our questions. He took the time to show us around more than just one vehicle. He was able to help us determine which car would best fit our family and our needs. He was able to tell us the features as well as the pros and cons of all of the vehicles we looked at. He is a terrific salesman and there was no pressure at all from him to buy any of the vehicles we looked at unless we really wanted to buy that vehicle. It was a very enjoyable experience going to Wyatt Johnson Toyota, and working with Conrad. I would DEFINITELY come back to Conrad to buy another car in the future!

Outstanding dealership that is well staffed. I worked with Conrad who got me behind the wheel of a 2013 Tacoma for a great price. He was friendly, down to earth, but most importantly, professional. He knew the truck inside and out. Overall my experience was great and I would not hesitate buying from wyatt johnson again. When i'm due for my next tacoma (hopefully many years) ill be asking for Conrad.
