Brett Richie was less than forthcoming in regards to explaining the costs involved with the extended warranty to my wife and I. We haven't purchased a new, used vehicle in over 10 years, I was a bit slow in comprehending the whole process when speaking to a finance manager. We actually understood the $4500.00 price tag to included the vehicles service, the paint and fabric and the tires, wheels and dent services. Shame on me for not paying closer attention to the individual costs for the 3 items that we chose. The cost ballooned up to $6899.00, I immediately began canceling the contract with E G Assurance company. While the only way to lower our monthly car payment now is to refinance our car loan. Mia Knicely, our sales person was so very welcoming when we arrived, very knowledgeable and answered a lot of our questions about the 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Also, the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. Unfortunately, after the fact we learned a valuable lesson about dealing with finance manager like Brett Richie. More
Mia Knicely will remain our family favorite car salesperson forever. As far as we remember, she sold us 4 pairs of Foresters (for my wife and myself) which we loved. She made our buyer's experience very pleasant laying out the purchasing process smoothly, friendly, and humorous simultaneously. She educated us during that process and gave a variety of invaluable advices. Mia has a unique personality and quite polished level of expertise not only in cars, but in human beings' structures as well. That helps her to immediately identify her buyers personalities and establish mutually valued contacts. Having moved away from Toledo area, we will remember Mia's help forever and will keep buying Foresters with memories of her. We hope to meet her sometime and will keep in touch. Scheduled to have a five point inspection, tire rotation and to have them look and possibly adjust the headlights,(they have been super bright since we purchased our outback.) No one from the service center and to have them look and possibly adjust the headlights,(they have been super bright since we purchased our outback.) No one from the service center came to speak with us, an 1 1/2 later husband had to ask if our car was finished. It was still on the lift and they wanted to charge for the light adjustment and did not rotate tires. Very disappointed in no communication from the service department. More
