My grandmother went here to see if she could get approved for a vehicle. She wanted a used vehicle but was pressured to buy a new one. When she told the sales person her MAX monthly payment that she could af for a vehicle. She wanted a used vehicle but was pressured to buy a new one. When she told the sales person her MAX monthly payment that she could afford he said “what’s $80 extra dollars?” (A lot when you are on a fixed income!) and made her feel belittled and small. She even asked about a specific used vehicle and he pretended that it wasn’t possible because it had just came in, and INSISTED she get a 2020 model. She felt pressured and signed the papers and left. She later called me crying saying she was scared and regrets letting herself be talked into something she can’t afford. I gave them a call to try and smooth things over, I remained polite and professional the ENTIRE time. I was just trying to figure out if it was too late for them to try and switch her into something more affordable for her since it had only been hours since her purchase. I was met with sarcasm and disrespect IMMEDIATELY. I get it. They wanna make money. That’s their job. But they cared more about getting a sale than finding a good option for her and then was VERY NASTY about it afterwards. Be wary y’all. More

Drove from Kentucky to look @ new Silverado LT Trail Boss arrived at the dealership kinda late like 4:30 pm. Looked around the lot for a good bit.
