Be prepared to overpay for unnecessary fees and a sales team that is ready to lie to you. If you request to remove the fees, they end all communication with you by refusing calls and ignoring emails. Was there today for an oil change, and the service man explained that the prices have gone up. Three price levels, good, better and best starting at $ 110.00. Dealing with this dealership has ruined my C8 experience. I was more than patient for 8 months while they tried to do a job that should have taken a maximum of 3-4 weeks...Yeah, that bad. Got my car back, they lost the floor mats, lug nut lock key, and the front truck doesn't open. Took it to another dealership to get those things fixed. Erica Moran is the internet marketing manager, not a manager I was able to see in the store. More
