"Great Service and Quick Fix"
I had issues with my car miss-firing. Car had to have repairs done to and which were all done in a 1 day turnaround. Brad did a great job explaining what the issues where and got my car running better again.
Young's service department went above and beyond on this service visit. They diagnosed a problem before it became a major issue and worked with me to obtain the parts in an expeditious manner. Not only that but Jerry kept me updated throughout the process.
My black Mazda CX-9 was pretty scratched up and the Recon department made it
look like new again. Saved me from getting a partial paint job,
Detailing inside and out was well done. Will highly recommend!
The CX5 went in for its annual inspection and 15K mile checkup. All went well. I appreciate the free inspection for customers who purchased their vehicle from Young. I also appreciated the on-the-phone service Randy provided when a dashboard light came on while I was driving the vehicle home! Easily fixed, but bothersome since I had just picked up the car!! Forgivable oversight by the mechanic as it turned out. The customer service is exemplary.
