I came to the dealership a week ago to look for a used car. We were approached by the Sales Clerk Bob. It was 20 minutes before close & we wanted to look at a used car. However, we found out the car was sold. He wanted us to come back when he was working. However, We just had a new baby and had to wait until my parents were in town Friday to be able to test drive any cars. He took my name & number to call me Friday to schedule a time for me to come in that day. He NEVER called me, which is extremely unprofessional.
We came Saturday 9/5 to look a more cars & noticed the same car that Bob said was sold parked in the same spot. . A new Sales Clerk Ken helped us. We asked if the used 2015 Blue Cx5 Madza was sold & it was not. Bob should have called us & told us it wasn't sold.
However, Ken was SO great. He really made me feel comfortable and listened to what my needs/wants. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and really loves his job. He let us test drive the used Mazda, which I wasn't in love with the car. He told us we could look at NEW cars & they're very close in price. I finally found a NEW 2016 CX 5 Blue Mazda (just like the used one, but 1 year older) that I LOVED! However, I was going to purchase it & another dealership purchased the car to get new stock in. I was upset because Ken was with me for a couple hours. However, there should be better communication on any sold cars on the lot. It's not Ken's fault it was sold and there's no communication to the sales clerks. Ken did make the best out of the situation and showed me other car. I ended up purchasing a 2016 White Cx5 Mazda! I LOVE it! It was a hassle to get, but Ken went above & beyond to make me happy. Nice job Ken!!! I will recommend him to my family & friends.
