My Review Of Youngblood Kia:

The reason for my 5 star review is:
1. Michael Rea, after finding out I did not have stellar credit still wanted to work with me.
2. He steered me in the right direction on what price and mileage I needed to get a loan.
3. Finance director (who's name I cannot remember, sorry) performed nothing less than a miracle to get me approved without a co-signer, very little down, and terms I could comfortably accept.
4. 2 weeks after the purchase of my vehicle, I noticed the heater not working on one side. Called Michael who suggested we have it looked at by a Dodge dealership since it was still under warranty, either by Youngblood or another dealership in town.
5. Called Jeremy at Youngblood service department, scheduled an appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem and set up a 2nd appointment for repairs. Parts came in sooner than expected so they moved our appointment up by 5 days. They needed to keep the car over the weekend but already had us set up in a rental vehicle at no expense. Picked up my car and have had no problems since.
6.They put me in the perfect car, they helped me to re-establish my credit, and they have a loyal customer for life.
Michael Rea, you're truly a professional in the most personal way. Thanks, friend!

My Review Of Youngblood Kia:

Darren was very nice and knowledgeable of Kia's. We are not into pushy sales people and he seemed too know when to back off. We came looking at specifically at the Kia Soul and ended up buying the Kia Rio. Much better gas mileage.

My Review Of Youngblood Kia:

This is the best car dealer I 've ever bought from, I'm 66 years old so I have bought lots of cars in my time. This is the 3rd KIA we have bought from Youngblood and plan on only buying from them in the future.
I recommend Youngblood to everyone I know, not just because of the cars, but because of the way they treat all their customers.

PURCHASED A USED 2012 KIA SORENTO AND IT DID NOT HAVE A OWNERS MANUAL. TALKED WITH SALES MANAGER AND HE ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A MANUAL. Happy with my new vehicle. Would recommend friends and family to visit dealership if they are in the Springfield area and looking to purchase a new or quality used vehicle. Sales personnel were very friendly and willing to help in any way to help with making your purchase as easy as possible.

I was having a really bad day. My car broke down and I was in a desperate need for a car. I wasn't sure if I could get a car because I just spend a lot of money trying to getting my old car fix ed. I wasn't sure about how much I had to put down and about my credit rating. I explained this to David. He was very kind and not pushy and all. He basically said "Let's look and see what we can do." and a I needed that. I appreciate him being there that day. He made the experience better that I could ever imagine. In my opinion he is a good employee and understanding person. Glad he was there he made a horrible day a great day!

My Review Of Youngblood Kia:

I traded my car in for a Altima the end of June 2012. I have been disappointed since day one with the car. I was pregnant at the time and there for 8 hours and couldn't find a car that I liked. They then said they had an Altima as a last result that they just received from an auction. I test drove it and as I was tired and wanted to leave, I decided to get the car. The car did not have a car fax report available, and shame on me for not asking for one as I asked the salesman if the car had been wrecked and he replied that it had not been. I was told I was approved for a 8.9% interest and later AFTER I signed paperwork, it was wrote down for 10% (which again, I was tired and shame on me as a woman for letting a man take advantage of me). I was referred by someone who does much business with youngblood which is the ONLY reason why I wanted to purchase a car from them. Now, 6 months later we absolutely hate the car and wanted something a little bigger, but we are told that the car we purchased for 16,990 is now only worth 12,500 6 months after purchase. The car is having many issues, I can barely drive it in the rain, and many other problems. I went to Thompson Buick after we were unable to trade the Altima in at Youngblood and they pulled the car fax report and told me that the car had indeed been wrecked and air bags deployed. Since the air bags have been deployed and there is not "proof" that the air bags have been replaced, they would not help us AT ALL. To make a long story short, I went to Youngblood a second time to see if they would be willing to help me as I have only had the car for 6 months and they would not bend on helping with anything as our pay off on the altima is still what we purchased the vehicle for. I am very disappointed and have 2 children that I can't even feel comfortable driving the car as it is having problems and does not feel safe. Instead of Youngblood doing everythin they could to help me make this situation RIGHT, they did nothing. So not only will I never return to youngblood, but I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I normally do not write reviews however I am extremely disappointed about the situation and the unwillingness to help after I feel we were overcharged for the car and given the wrong interest rate and are not stuck with it.

My car buying experience at Youngblood Kia could not have been better! Tim Schlobohm in internet sales was extremely courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. More importantly to me as a woman buying a car on her own, he treated me with the utmost respect and really listened to what I wanted. The Youngblood website was very easy to navigate and helped me to do some research and price comparisons before going to the lot. Thanks to that and Tim's excellent service, I got a fair price on my trade in, a great deal on my new car, and was driving away a very satisfied customer 3 hours later! I highly recommend Tim and the team at Youngblood!

We have purchased KIA's in Fairbanks, Alaska, Tucson and Phoenix AZ and now in Springfield. We have owned the Sportage, Sedona, Optima, Rio, Serento and now the Soul. Youngbloods has been the most helpful, friendly, courteous and fair dealership we have delt with. In addition to the above, Sean and Tim were very knowledgeable and thoughtful. My Review Of Youngblood Kia:

My husband & I purchased a 2008 Kia Amanti recently. Coleman Kappelman listened to our needs and handled things perfectly. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, helpful in every way possible, considerate, non-pushy, detailed, & I can go on. He is an overall fantastic salesman. He went out of his way and went above and beyond our expectations of any salesman at a dealership. We were able to experience Scott Dazzel in finance as well. He was also, kind, patient, and considerate of what we needed. They are a great team. I will definitely return to the dealership for future purchases as well as send as many as I can their way. Thank you for one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. It's awesome to know there are still good people out there that care about you and not just making a dollar.
