He asked us what we were looking for such as make, model, color and must haves that we needed on the vehicle. In as little 20min he had a car ready for us to test drive. It had everything that we asked for. I believe we were in shock, we were ready to purchase the first one he brought us. There was no pressure. Steve was very professional, polite and helpful.
