Whenever I call to set up my oil change I get different answers on when I can get it done. It’s annoying I was given a free service so when my oil is at 30% I should be able to get it changed and not wait answers on when I can get it done. It’s annoying I was given a free service so when my oil is at 30% I should be able to get it changed and not wait until it’s 10%. In the past one has told me at 30%,one at 15%, and 10% which one is it. The last guy I spoke to was rude .I believe his name was Nike Wood. More
