Took almost 2 hours for a simple oil change Had an appointment still took 2 hours, salesperson WAY to pushy to trade for new vehicle. Told hin NO several times. Terrible experience. Where was Chuck in service dept? warranty seat belt replacement Found out my seat belt that wasn't retracting was under lifetime warranty from Honda which I didn't know.
