With every service at Zimmerman Honda, we check for open recalls issued by American Honda Motors on the VIN that we are servicing in addition to the requested service work. Based on American Honda Motors records (not Zimmerman Honda), there are NO current open recalls on your 2012 Honda CRV. We sincerely understand your frustration and welcome the chance to take the vehicle back in on trade on another suitable vehicle here for you.
