All the people at the dealership were Very friendly. They weren't pushy at all.. my salesman was Alan Booth he was very honest and asked what he could do to make me happy .it was closing time and all the pe weren't pushy at all.. my salesman was Alan Booth he was very honest and asked what he could do to make me happy .it was closing time and all the people worked after hours to make the sale happen. They made sure I was happy. He even called a few days later to check to see if I was happy and asked if there was anything else he could do. I wasn't planing on buying a brand new jeep at the first place I stopped to look but because of their service and quality I didn't have to go looking anywhere else. More

I had a horrible experience at Magees Auto and I went to IG Burton. Our sales rep, Derek, was absolutely wonderful. We got the car we wanted and Derek is our go-to guy anytime we need a new vehicle. I had my car towed in a day earlier than my appointment (because a light came on and it was running really bad). They looked at it and called me early in the morning. It was perfect! I just called for a price on 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I told the salesman Mike Larkin just what I wanted. He suggested a few vehicles and I told him that I did not want a anniversary edition. I then asked him about pricing as the price on line had several stipulations to get the price advertised. I told him that I am buying a new Jeep this week and if one comes in give me your best price as I will be calling two more dealers to see what they have. He told me “To be honest with you, I do not want to sell you a vehicle because of the tone you had talking with me.” I would stay far away from this Jeep dealer as possible if this is how they feel about there customers.
