OMG seriously the best experience and customer service ever! I've been looking to buy a Jeep since the 2nd week of July. In addition to the official Jeep search site, I've physically been to 6 dealerships ever! I've been looking to buy a Jeep since the 2nd week of July. In addition to the official Jeep search site, I've physically been to 6 dealerships, I've requested info from online pop ups and 2 direct calls to dealerships a few hours away....NO ONE called me back, asked to help me or emailed me!!! ONLY I.G. Burton Jeep in Berlin was able to respond and assist me! I'm not difficult, I simply said what I was looking for and what I wanted on it and how I would pay for it. I had no idea that I was asking too much of a car sales man. BUT the professionals here made it seem like it was all doable and said we can make that happen. At one point in my quest I almost just gave up and figured I wasn't going to buy a Jeep. Brandon the Sales Manager and Mike my Sales associate were fabulous and knowledgeable with great teamwork. They answered ALL my questions and made my desire to own another Jeep come true! Even the finance department was great. Wonderful experience and SO highly rate my transaction. LOVE MY JEEP!!! More

Service Department We recently moved to Ocean City in 2019 and have had to bring our Jeep to this dealership for service on two occasions. Once for a factory recall and We recently moved to Ocean City in 2019 and have had to bring our Jeep to this dealership for service on two occasions. Once for a factory recall and last week for some brake issues. We dealt with John who set everything up for us and Danny who actually performed the work on the Jeep. They were both extremely pleasant to deal with. If I was ever in the market to purchase another Jeep or Chrysler, I would definitely come here to purchase one. If the sales team is anything like what we experienced in the service department then this would be one of the best dealers I’ve ever been to. I’d be more than willing to take the chance and make my purchase there believing that the customer experience would be great on both sides of the vehicle purchase. Thanks to them, I will be returning for whatever service I need. More
