I can’t say enough about the level of service I received today from Mr. Larry Davis and Christian Key who did the work and Ashtyn Eisenhower who set up my appointment. Everything went perfectly. I also had the chance to meet up with the salesperson who originally sold me the vehicle, Lonnie Reaser to thank him for the great experience. When I need my next new Chevy, I’m coming back!

After having an awful experience trying to get my car fixed. I explained here in a review what had happened and received notice that they had figured out the problem. So after four months my car was fixed. They realized the inconvenience and did not charge the $1383.24 bill. This was extremely generous.

Do NOT take your vehicle here to get it worked on!!! They don't know what they are doing. I took in my 2007 Pontiac with 149000 miles on it to have it checked for the engine light & air bag light being on. It was running fine besides this. They got into my transmission and totally ruined it. It wouldn't even make it back home without a tow. They evidently installed a TCM and didn't know how to program it and ruined my car.. Never again!! Besides all this, they didn't give a $h-- about it and blamed the age of the vehicle for the problems after charging $1100 to get it out of their shop. I have dealt with these people for years but will not anymore. Of course, they don't care, I am only one. I will not recommend them to anyone else in the future. Eventually it will come back to bite them in the a--.

If you buy from them, don't expect a lot after you sign and close the deal. My grandson bought a 2019 Chevrolet Tk from them with an extended warranty and they have had the truck about half of the time he has owned it. It has transition trouble and has been there 6 to 8 weeks now for warranted repairs and they still don't know when it will be ready drive. He is still making payments and having to borrow a vehicle to get to and from work. While I understand they can't have loaner vehicles for everyone bringing a vehicle in for service, you would think that they would attempt to work something out for this type disruption in their customers lives. But, I guess not. My advice would be DON'T BUY YOUR LEMONS FROM CHAMPION Chevrolet IN ATHENS and expect much from them.

The service team was very efficient from start to finish. Let me know a good time to arrive and got me right in. During my service, they noticed another problem and asked if I would like it fixed. They were not pushy or anything with trying to upsell me. Brian W. at the service counter was friendly and very helpful! Would recommend to anyone needing service!

Cavin Hill is the most rude individual you will ever have the dis-pleasure of meeting. He thinks he does not have to service warranty problems on vehicles he did not sell but the dealership did sell the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as long as this man works there as the general manager. I would not trust him on any issue.
