I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Best customer service ever.

I purchased a new Pathfinder at Matt Bowers in Daphne yesterday and received quick and excellent service! It started with a visit to the service Dept. for an oil change for my old Pathfinder which I also bought at this location. As usual, I dealt with Bo who has serviced my cars for upwards of 10 years. We have developed a friendship over the years and makes me feel at home. I mentioned I was thinking about trading and he introduced me to Colton Ruybal who provided me with fast and quality service in my new car-buying experience! Very knowledgeable in all areas of my transaction! This is my 4th Pathfinder to buy at this location. Don't go see Colton while you service your car or you will end up with a new vehicle! Ha, Thanks to the Matt Bower team from Lynn the general manager on down!

I have both purchased a vehicle and had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The only issue I've ever had was with the sales manager, but it was immediately resolved. The service department has always been really good, they've serviced my vehicle and normally do a pretty quick turn around on it. I've also had minor body repair done there and they have done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a Nissan or have a Nissan that needs service.

The folks in the service department at Benton Nissan are the BEST! I had an appointment for brake inspection and to check the tire air (admittedly two fairly minor items but important none the less!). They were so nice and did a great job letting me know the status of my brakes and tires, and testing the tire pressure so that I would feel safe on my upcoming lengthy driving trip. Besides always being friendly and courteous, I really appreciate how thorough they always are.

I purchased my Nissan Sentra in metro Atlanta. When I moved here to Columbus, I took my vehicle to the Nissan dealership 'which will remain nameless' for service. The experience was not pleasant. The staff was downright rude. The next time my car needed servicing I called the nearest one to where I live, which is Lynch Nissan in Auburn, AL. The person that answered the phone was VERY pleasant. Everyone that works there has excellent customer service. It will be worth it to cross the Chattahoochee river to have my car serviced.
