While on a trip I had to have another mechanic finish the job. Mike would only refund a tiny portion of his original bill, but in my eyes, Mike's slip-up caused me damages in the full amount of the other mechanic's bill, which was for a couple shop hours and a couple parts. I was unsatisfied with the way Mike handled the situation.
