My recent service visit to Royal Land Rover was terrific! My appointment was easy to schedule and the service was performed promptly and professionally. My Service Advisor, Luis Rubio, was both friendly and knowledgeable; he helped with all my many questions and made the visit a great experience. Hats off to Luis!

I just bought my vehicle from a different dealership in Tucson in June. The car already had to be worked on and it was sent to Ryan’s service center. Ryan authorized a loaner vehicle for me and saved me money on rental cars. He was extremely professional and kind and understanding. Ryan was fantastic!

My 2013 Sportage had a check engine light appear. My first thought was that this would end up costing me lots of time and money. My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. Thank you Sands Kia! You have a customer for life.

Ricardo Garcia is an amazing Service Advisor, at Acura, he took care of me from beginning to end. I made an appointment for an oil change and requested to see him as he had helped me a a while back with a recall. He was very professional and personable so I requested to work with him again. While there my vehicle was inspected and a nail was found in one of my tires , no air was leaking yet but it could not be fixed. I was advised to purchase a new tire and change my air filters. I also had a crack in my windshield and hoped that would be taken care of while there ( or at least get the process started ). I live about an hour away from the dealership and was prepared to drive back another day to get all the work done as I needed my car for work the following day. To my surprise , Ricardo loaned me a vehicle, therfore I was able to leave my car and have all issues taken care of including my windshield ! I was so impressed by the level of service provided by Ricardo that I bragged about it to my coworkers who shared with me their not so fortunate stories about other dealership service centers they'd worked with and did not come close to level of service provided by Acura of North Scottdale Service Center. I'm very happy I purchased my vehicle here and would recommend this dealership and Ricardo to anyone I know.

Service on Saturday!!! The best! I was on my way to MN when 30 miles from home I heard a strange sound in my car. Long story short, Called Earnhardt, talked to Mark, he said “Come on in”, went there, talked to advisor Wes, technician “Jimmy” walked up and had just finished a job, looking for another. Wes instructed him to drive my car, Jimmy diagnosed a failing left front hub, Earnhardt had the parts, and In less than three hours I was on my way. All were friendly, professional, and caring for my situation. Could not have asked for better service!!!

I have a 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. Running over road debris on the I-10, my tire was damaged and not repairable. Late in the afternoon (3:45) I contacted the dealership and let them know that I have a tow truck scheduled to take my car in to have the tire replaced. I spoke with Service Rep. Scott. He made me feel important and assured me he would get my care taken care of. The tire was not in stock, but he placed an order to have one brought over the next day. Scott made recommendations, noted my concerns, so I felt heard. He remained upbeat and professional, even though I brought an issue to him late in the day, telling me, not to worry, because he will stay as long as needed, to make sure I am taken care of. Due to the way I was treated, I will request that Scott is my service rep. In the future. When my car was ready Scott sent the shuttle to pick me up. Shuttle driver was so kind and professional.

Your customer service is horrendous. I don't normally take on the extras like One Armor protection but we are in Arizona and I thought it would be worth it and this is my last vehicle. The team doing the work was terrible. They did not apply the product the all the paint surfaces and they did not treat the leather seats. When I brought this to the service advisors attention he said he would look into it and get back to me. I have not heard back from him or anyone else at Earnhardt Peoria Kia.
