Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. The overall knowledge of the product inventory was excellent. The only negative experience was the time waiting to speak with the finance department. I believe it would be very advantageous to to your customers to have more than one finance specialist working at one time.

I have been a customer for many years. The entire staff has always been very professional, friendly and helpful. The service department has men working who know their business and seem to enjoy it. The service adviser today was Irwin Wyant. He was friendly and kind today as he has always been. He explains things to me so that I understand what has been done and what may need to be done in the future. The person I must commend for his professionalism and helpfulness the most, however, is Matt Martin. He sold me my first Nissan and my second one and he will sell me any car I will buy in the future. Somehow, he always remembers my name. If he sees me, he takes a minute to say hello and asks how the car is doing and how I'm doing as well. Thank you Matt for everything!
