Just traded my Ford Explorer for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Searched several dealers in the state and found that Whitson Morgan was the cheapest on line as well as on the lot. Meet with Joshua Holt (salesman) at the dealership and the experience was the easiest trading experience I have ever had. Josh and the staff, were absolutely great and couldn't have asked for anything to go any smoother.

In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.

The staff is friendly, helpful and they do what they say they will do. A quality that is hard to find these days. Everyone at the dealership is helpful and courteous. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Glen Sain and I plan to purchase my next vehicle with them. I live an hour away and there are several GMC dealers much closer, but it is worth the drive.

Have you ever been to an auto dealership when you are in the prospecting stage of a possible new car purchase and run into the brush off attitude from the sales rep?? You want general information about a car your interested in or some working numbers about the real price of a particular car but the salesman can't give you any useful information until you are "serious" about buying a car. Well, that wasn't the case when I contacted Superior Ford in Siloam Springs, Ark. I live in Memphis, TN. and found a year end model new car that I was searching for online. The ads I found at the big car mart sites and the Superior site gave very complete information about the car I was interested in including the real "out the door" price of the car. When I called the dealership and talked to the sales manager I got a great reception from the very start. I called just to go over the basics but in no time we were talking specifics and working out details. Jim Coggins was receptive and responsive and very personable. In three days we went from general inquiry to a completed sale. All of the people at Superior were friendly, cooperative and helpful. I got a great car-2014 Mustang GT-at a very attractive price and with great ease. Have only the best to say for Superior Ford and the staff members there.

Oil change - md729
I went for an oil change and found the service was pretty good. The waiting area was very nice, clean and noisy. There was a very nice big screen television that was on, along with rather loud music playing in the showroom which made being able to read or do anything else rather difficult as well as distracting. When I was in my vehicle and about to leave I noticed that the change oil soon light was still on. I brought this to the attention of one of the service men and was told to "g-o-o-g-l-e", in other words I should check with google to see how to reset the change oil soon light. A nice service person came over to my vehicle and then walked me though turning this service light off. I have had many oil changes and never had this type of poor customer service. Over all the staff was friendly except for this one individual. I left a message for the service manager to call and guess what? That's right, no call.

Ben Prewitt was the service writer who quickly ordered a LCM. for a well cared for 04 Grand Marquis which seemed to have a recall on the part....With no appointment he ordered the part and next day it was rolling...Nathan the tech who did the work explained what he did so even I could understand...Good Experience

In the past two years have bought 3 vehicles from these guys, with my Credit I never thought that was possible but they made it happen and have helped me improve my credit score dramatically. I have worked at several dealerships in the past and have never wanted to spend my money with any of them, but after watching these guys work for a while I realized they could actually help me and they did. If you had problems in the past give us another shot I promise we will not let you down!

I told them how much my monthly payment has to be for me to get a vehicle from them. I even said I know my credit isn't great but if I can't get lower payments than what I have now then I can't do anything. I was called by the salesman and was told that to get my monthly payment I need I would have to put x amount down. I told him I can't do it but thanks for trying. He called me back a few hrs later telling me he can get me my payment with no down. I went up there and hit the vehicle we loved it and was very excited. He told me since it was Saturday night he can't get the paper work I need to sign and to just take it home and come back in Monday and sign the paper work. Monday came around I called to see if the paperwork was ready and he said yes. When I asked him about the payments they where $100 more than I am currently paying and $200 more than what he told me it would be on Saturday. I guess they thought that If I took it home I would fall in love with it and accept that ridiculous payment. Thanks Crain for wasting my time especially and causing me to drive 45 miles 90 miles round trip for nothing especially when you knew what my max payment I could afford was before I came in. All you had to do was tell me the truth on Saturday. Therefore I will never do business with Crain again and I will tell anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle about my horrible experience.

Within two weeks of purchasing a 2012 Maxima from Cavenaugh Ford in Jonesboro, I experienced major mechanical issues and was informed that the car I bought was previously wrecked twice, had mechanical issues, and contract issues that included a "no cooling off period" which is a phrase associated with lemons and the Arkansas Lemon Law and is very uncommon for this type of purchase. At the time of my purchase, I inquired about the vehicle's history and none of this info was disclosed. I was also told by a GM of a major dealership in Central Arkansas that I paid way too much for the vehicle. I was also advised to contact the owner (Mr. Donnie Cavenaugh) with whom I spoke twice and was assured that I would receive a call back to rectify this matter. It has been nearly 2 months and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I am very disappointed and feel like I've been swindled. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!
2008 Ford Explorer - cyan101
Bought a used 2008 Ford Explorer. Looked good online so we took a test drive. When I say test drive I mean 35 mph down a service road they told us to take. Drove good at 35. checked everything out and it seemed like a good deal. Paid $9500 cash. Found later that the lever inside the dash that allows it to switch between floor, dash and defrost was damaged. Wouldn't come out the middle vents with much pressure. Had to pull the entire dash to fix. $1100. They agreed to pay half after arguing with the sales manager in the middle of the showroom floor. Tried to get my money back. Would not give me my money back on the truck. Said he didn't need it. Got the truck back. Front end wobbled. Took it to the mechanic. New brakes and rotors. Over $700. New tires. $700. Month later. Shifting funny. Took it to the local Ford dealer. Transmission had to be replaced. That was it. Sold it to them. Lost all my money on the current repairs and only got less than half of what I paid originally. Didn't even have it 6 months. Horrible dealer. Biggest rip off I have ever dealt with. I lost a huge amount of money. My respect for that dealer couldn't be any lower. Shouldn't be allowed to sell used vehicles.

I gave this dealer the absolute lowest rating I could. Our visit to this dealership to purchase 2 vehicles ended at the police station filing a report on the Sales Manager. After a price could not be reached at the price the salesman first asked if we would pay today for, we decided to walk way without buying the two vehicles. As my wife left the office of the salesman, she was confronted by the sales manager and the salesman. The sales manager told her that she signed a contract and had to go through buying one of the 2 vehicles being discussed. The hand written page she signed on an otherwise blank page stated we would buy both vehicles for a set price if the dealer could accept that price... the salesman circled the one vehicle's info on the page and said we were under contract to buy the one. My wife walked away with the copy of the hand written statement and was followed out the door by both salesman and manager to our car. I began to drive away when both employees started banging on our window and standing so close to the car I was unable to safely drive away. I stepped out of the car and asked that they move back so I can leave. The sales manager then walked across the parking lot to confront me again at the exit of the lot. Less than a minute later he called me on my cell phone and continued to be rude. I informed him I was heading to the police station to address the way my wife was treated, harassed and cornered and that I would like the copies of our personal information back. He said I was "not going to get a xxxx thing...". At the police station he turned over the paperwork to the police officer and we were on our way.

I was ready to walk out with my new 2013 Flex until they attempted to slip some additional fees on the cost. We had reached an agreed price and shook on it and they confirmed no additional charges this was the price. We were thrilled. We get back to sign the papers and they first messed up on the amount of my trade-in and the payoff. We spoke to them and they fixed it. We then advised there was another fee that was not disclosed during negotiations and upon trying to speak about it they refused to negotiate. This was the salesman’s error per the Manager Ronnie and yet they still would not negotiate. They strive themselves on having returning customers and yet they are not willing to fix a mistake that they made to make the sale. Well they lost our business and anyone I can inform. I do not mind paying the fee but it was not disclosed, it was the salesman’s error and as such should have be negotiated. Be aware when you go to by a vehicle from this dealership because what they agree on may not be what is reflected on the final paperwork!!

De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so when it began having more steering problems I took it to them to work on it. They said there was nothing wrong w it. A week later my traction control went out and i couldn't control thr car at all and it would barely move. My breaks also went out. Roadside assistance came and got the car and took it back to them and it has sat on their lot for over a week now and they haven't even looked at it. They have yet to get us a rental and we spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to arrange a pick up for one. The owner was very rude and the service manager who has been there less than a week has no clue what he is doing. Then they informed us and I quote "we take care of our own here and we would appreciate it if you had the dealership you purchased the car from come pick it up off our lot" basically saying they would not service my car and they wanted nothing to do with it. They treated my mother and me like we were inferior and we didn't know what we were talking about. We informed them that this isn't the first time the car has been in the shop for serious issues and it wasn't our first rodeo. We know our warranty rights and they will never get our business again. Baboons could do their job better.
