Mother "Load of Poo" Motors - Jan.Stock

Buyer beware! I drove 750 miles (one way) to look at a used car that had been on their lot 113 days. When I arrived, I found out the cruise control didn't work (their description said everything was in working order). The repair would cost me $500, so I offered them $500 less than the fair market value of the car. They refused, and would only lower the price $100. But even then, their price was still $300 above the fair market value! Their condescending tone made me feel just awful. Furthermore, if I HAD decided to buy the car, they were going to send me out the door with nothing more than a receipt for the purchase. I asked why they didn't offer a temporary registration to get me home to Utah, and they said they don't do that. What?! I will never do business with them. Ugh!

Customer service seems to be the highest priority of palmdale ca. Kia dealership, everyone was amazing I will gladly keep my business with them. If I could I would give more stars, thank you Matt, Richard, Jerry and Christy for going over and beyond.. :)

First of all, I didn't actually end up purchasing a vehicle from Wyler Kia. I did, however, appreciate the level of service that I received from the sales associate, Chet Navey. Chet was very helpful finding different options for me that fit my requirements for a used vehicle. Unfortunately, the best fit for me had just been sold a couple of days before. He even worked up a deal for a brand new Optima that i was SO close to taking. I probably should have! While I was unable to find the right car at Wyler, I would recommend to anyone that they go visit Chet if they are in the market. I had a very positive experience and I will be back! My wife daughter and I drove 2+ hours to purchase a car for my daughter. We test drove and decided on the car. We filled out financing paperwork as I co-signed for my daughter. After 45 minutes I inquired about the status. Micheal Whang the general manager said they were still waiting on the bank. This went on and on. After over 4 hours we ended up purchasing it with a cashiers check. Micheal offered us a free car wash or oil change to make up for our wasted time. No thanks for your “generous” offer Micheal! Don’t waste your time here. They have no belief in customer service. Go to the Dublin or Burlingame Kia dealerships. They both have much higher review ratings. Now I know why!!!
