Oakland Acura made the process as painless as possible and was able to squeeze me in same day and was able to have it done hours ahead of time. If I had an issue it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Wally, my service advisor, is always professional, courteous, and great to work with. My experience with Palm Springs Motors has always been better than any other dealer I have worked with in the past!
